How long does it take to have my Virtual Journey set up?
We can set up a ready-to-use map for you in only 48 hours. The development of custom maps can vary between 4-10 days based on complexity.
Can participants log different types of activities?
As the organiser you decide how you’d like your supporters to complete the challenge. You can choose from walking, running, cycling, swimming, there is also another category if the type of activity is not covered in the list.
Do you also support international itineraries?
We do! Your virtual challenges know no limits. We offer ready-to-use routes outside the UK and Ireland and we can also help you set up any international custom routes of your choice.

What shall I tell my supporters about location privacy?
All of the routes are digital, it means that maps don’t show your supporters’ actual location. If they do decide to start their journey in the physical world too (Peru, here we come!) and they participate in a group challenge, only their team members will be able to see their location if they are uploading it to the map.
Are Virtual Journeys available for both individual and team participation?
Yes, participants can take part in Virtual Journeys both individually and as part of a team. Individual and team fundraising pages both come with a dynamic Google Map to keep track of the progress they are making.
